Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CampusTrack platform ("Service") provided by CloudSync Technologies LLC ("Company"), registered in Dubai, UAE. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service description

CampusTrack is a cloud-based staff attendance management platform for schools. The Service includes GPS-based check-in/out, optional face verification, leave management, shift scheduling, reporting, and related features as described on our website.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to educational institutions and organisations operating in the UAE. You must be an authorised representative of your institution to create an account or request a demo.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorised access to the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect personal data beyond your legitimate organisational needs.

6. Pricing and payment

• Pricing is as published on our website or as agreed in your subscription contract.
• All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice.

7. Data ownership

Your data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or generate through the Service. Upon termination, we will provide a data export within 30 days of request.

8. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, CloudSync Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
• We may suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
