AWS cloud hosting (~AED 350/month) is billed separately and applies to all plans. Designed as a zero-risk replacement for biometric hardware.
Full HRMS unlocks the payroll engine — salary components, GPSSA + gratuity (Article 51), WPS file generation, GL journal patterns (ERPNext / Zoho / Tally), loans + reimbursements, year-end statements, EoSB, and performance management. You also get API access, dedicated tenant, custom IdP SSO, 7-year audit + DPO toolkit, and a dedicated CSM. Most schools move to Full HRMS when payroll processing becomes a business need.
