Face verification is configurable per school and per role. Schools can require it for all staff, specific roles only, or disable it entirely. The setting is controlled from the admin dashboard.

CampusTrack supports multiple work modes. If a staff member is working remotely or on field duty, different rules apply. Admins can also manually correct attendance records through the regularization workflow.

All data is stored securely on AWS cloud infrastructure. Each school has its own isolated database. Face photos are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with automatic 60-day deletion.

CampusTrack is designed with UAE Personal Data Protection Law requirements in mind — data residency, encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit trails, and data retention policies are all built in.

As a PWA, CampusTrack caches essential data locally. Staff can still view their recent attendance and schedules. Check-in data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
