CampusTrack was born from a simple observation: schools in the UAE were spending thousands on fingerprint scanners that broke, collecting dust, and creating queues at the entrance every morning. Meanwhile, every teacher already had a smartphone in their pocket with GPS and a camera.
We built CampusTrack to replace that outdated hardware with a smarter, cloud-native approach. GPS geofencing ensures staff are on campus. AI face verification adds a layer of identity assurance. And because it runs as a web app, there is nothing to install, maintain, or repair. A single campus goes live in a day; multi-campus and full-platform rollouts follow a phased plan.
Attendance was only the start. Today CampusTrack covers the staff side of school operations end to end — leave, shifts, approvals, payroll readiness, staff documents, teacher performance, lesson observation, quality workflows, and campus dashboards — for nurseries, schools, and universities across the UAE.
CampusTrack is designed around staff operations, not student modules. It does not manage student attendance, student assessment, admissions, student behavior, parent communication, or student ERP/SIS workflows — and that focus is deliberate.

The school calendar sets the schedule
Software timelines are negotiable and term dates are not. Rollouts, migrations and changes are sequenced around your academic calendar rather than around a release plan that suits us.
Configured, not customised
Two schools on the same curriculum still run differently. Working hours, leave types, approval chains and campus rules are configuration rather than a development project quoted separately.
Your data stays yours
Export in open formats whenever you ask, including if you leave. A platform that makes leaving difficult is holding data hostage, and we would rather earn the renewal than trap it.
Honest about what exists

Attendance looks like the simplest problem a school has, which is exactly why it is usually the worst-served. Every school already has a solution — a biometric terminal, a paper register, a spreadsheet the office maintains — and every one of those solutions is quietly costing something.
The terminals fail and get replaced. The registers get transcribed. The spreadsheet becomes a single point of failure attached to one person. None of it is visible as a cost because it has always been that way, and because the people absorbing it are administrators rather than budget holders.
What made it worth building was the realisation that the data was already there and simply unusable. Schools were not missing attendance information; they were missing it in a form that could answer a question. Cover arrangement at 7:15am, a working-hour record that holds up under examination, a group comparing four campuses — all of it depends on the same underlying data being maintained rather than reconstructed.
Removing the hardware was the second decision, and it followed from the first. If the phone in a teacher’s pocket can confirm both location and identity, the terminal is a procurement cycle and a failure point solving a problem that no longer exists.
