Is CampusTrack a full HRMS or just attendance + AI?
CampusTrack is a staff attendance, lifecycle, and compliance platform with strong AI in face verification, regularisation, anomaly detection, and content drafting. It is not a full payroll-processing HRMS today — we focus on the operational layer (attendance, leave, multi-campus, compliance reporting) and integrate with payroll systems for WPS dispatch. How is the AI compliant with UAE PDPL?
Face images are encrypted at rest at rest, processed on the regional data centre with lowest UAE latency, and auto-deleted after the configured retention period. No biometric data is ever sent to third-party AI providers. The AI runs inside our own infrastructure, and every AI-assisted decision is recorded in an audit trail viewable by HR. We follow UAE PDPL Articles 5–12 on data subject rights, including consent capture, right to access, and right to erasure.
