Attendance System for Construction Sites

Know who's on site. Every site. Every shift.

Built for how construction sites actually work

GPS Geofencing Per Job Site

Define GPS zones around each construction site. Workers can only check in when physically within the geofenced area. Supports unlimited job sites with different zone sizes.

Face Recognition — No Buddy Punching

Each worker verifies their identity with a selfie at check-in. AI face matching ensures the person checking in is the person assigned to the site. Approximately 98% accuracy in good conditions.

Multi-Site Dashboard

See real-time attendance across all your job sites in one view. Filter by site, contractor, or shift. Spot no-shows and late arrivals instantly.

Automated Timesheets

Check-in and check-out times are logged automatically with GPS coordinates. Export timesheets for payroll processing — no manual data entry, no paper forms.

How it works

01

Set up your job sites

Define GPS geofence zones around each construction site from the admin dashboard. Set the zone radius, shift times, and assign workers.

02

Workers check in on site

Workers open CampusTrack on their phone, take a selfie, and check in. GPS verifies they are within the geofenced job site. No hardware or app download needed.

03

Track and export attendance

View real-time attendance across all sites. Export timesheets, flag anomalies, and send reports directly to payroll or your client.

Frequently asked questions

How does GPS work on construction sites?
You define a GPS geofence around each job site with a configurable radius (from 50 meters to several kilometers). When a worker checks in, their phone's GPS is compared against the geofence boundary. If they are outside the zone, the check-in is flagged or blocked depending on your settings.
Can it handle multiple job sites?
Yes. CampusTrack supports unlimited job sites, each with its own geofence, shift schedule, and worker assignments. The multi-site dashboard gives you a single view across all active sites.
Does it work offline?
CampusTrack is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that caches essential data locally. Workers can view their schedule and recent attendance offline. Check-in data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored. However, GPS and face verification require an active connection at the moment of check-in.
How does face recognition prevent buddy punching?
Each worker enrolls their face during onboarding. At every check-in, they take a live selfie that is compared against their enrolled face embedding using AI. This prevents one worker from checking in on behalf of another. The system achieves approximately 98% accuracy in good lighting conditions.
What about subcontractors?
Subcontractors can be added as workers assigned to specific job sites. You control which sites they can access and for what duration. Their attendance data appears in your reports alongside your own workforce, with clear contractor/employee labeling.
