How does GPS verify guard location?▾
Each guard post or client site has a GPS geofence with a configurable radius. When a guard checks in, their phone's GPS coordinates are compared against the geofence boundary. If they are outside the zone, the check-in is flagged. GPS accuracy is typically within 5-15 meters outdoors.
Can it track multiple client sites?▾
Yes. CampusTrack supports unlimited sites, each with its own geofence, shift schedule, and guard assignments. The multi-site dashboard provides a unified view of attendance across all your client locations.
Does it support 24/7 shifts?▾
Yes. You can configure any shift pattern — day, night, rotating, split, or custom. CampusTrack handles overnight shifts that cross midnight and supports multiple shift patterns at the same site.
How does face ID work for night shifts?▾
Face verification uses the phone's front camera with flash enabled. In low-light conditions, the phone's screen brightness increases to illuminate the face. We recommend guards take their enrollment photo in normal lighting for the best matching accuracy.
