Office Attendance Tracking System

End coffee badging. Track real office presence.

Built for the modern office

GPS Geofencing Around Office Buildings

Define GPS zones around your office locations. Employees can only check in when physically present in the building — ending "coffee badging" where employees badge in and leave immediately.

RTO Compliance Dashboards

Track return-to-office compliance with clear dashboards showing which employees meet their in-office requirements. Filter by department, team, or individual. Export reports for HR and leadership.

Hybrid Day Tracking

Define which days each employee or team is expected in the office. CampusTrack tracks actual attendance against the hybrid schedule and flags non-compliance automatically.

Department-Level Analytics

See attendance patterns by department, floor, or team. Identify trends in office utilization, peak days, and underutilized spaces to inform real estate and scheduling decisions.

How it works

01

Define office zones and schedules

Set up GPS geofences around your office buildings. Configure hybrid schedules — which teams come in on which days — and set check-in windows.

02

Employees check in at the office

When employees arrive at the office, they check in via CampusTrack on their phone or laptop. GPS verifies they are within the office geofence. No badge hardware needed.

03

Monitor compliance and utilization

Track RTO compliance in real time. View department-level dashboards, flag non-compliance, and export attendance data for HR reporting and space planning.

Frequently asked questions

What is coffee badging?
Coffee badging is when employees badge into the office to register their presence, then leave shortly after — sometimes within minutes. It became common with return-to-office mandates. CampusTrack addresses this by tracking actual presence duration, not just a single badge-in event.
How does GPS track office attendance?
You define a GPS geofence around your office building with a configurable radius. When an employee checks in, their device's GPS is compared against the geofence. CampusTrack can also require check-out, so you have duration data — not just arrival confirmation.
Does it support hybrid schedules?
Yes. You can define different in-office requirements per team or individual — for example, "Engineering is in-office Tuesday through Thursday" or "Marketing is in-office Monday and Wednesday." CampusTrack tracks actual attendance against these schedules and flags non-compliance.
Can managers see real-time attendance?
Yes. Managers can see which team members are currently checked in, who has not arrived yet, and who is working remotely. The dashboard updates in real time and can be filtered by department, team, or location.
Is employee location tracked continuously?
No. CampusTrack only records GPS coordinates at the moment of check-in and check-out. There is no continuous location tracking throughout the day. Employee privacy is preserved between check-in events.
