Each client site has a GPS geofence with a configurable radius. When a cleaner checks in, their phone's GPS coordinates are compared against the geofence. If they are within the zone, the check-in is recorded with a timestamp and GPS coordinates as proof of arrival.

During onboarding, each cleaner enrolls their face by taking a photo. At every check-in, they take a live selfie that is matched against their enrolled face using AI. This prevents identity fraud and provides visual proof that the assigned person was on site.
