GPS Attendance for Field Workers

CampusTrack records GPS coordinates only at the moment of check-in and check-out — not continuously throughout the day. When a field worker checks in at a client site, their GPS position is compared against the geofence to verify they are at the correct location. There is no background location tracking.

However, GPS verification and check-in submission require an active internet connection at the moment of check-in. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
