Frequently asked questions

How long does onboarding usually take?
For a single new hire: about 2 working days from record creation to first check-in, including document collection. For bulk onboarding (a new school cohort or a multi-site staffing event): a few hours for the import, then ongoing as documents trickle in.
What documents does the checklist include?
The UAE template covers: visa, EID, passport, medical, MOHRE contract, qualification certificates, MOE attestation (for schools), police clearance, photo for face verification, tenancy proof, bank details. Each is configurable per role — teachers, support staff, drivers, and admin have different requirements.
Can we customise the checklist for our organisation?
Yes. Add organisation-specific items (induction certificate, dress code acknowledgement, IT acceptable-use policy, code-of-conduct sign-off). Each item can be required or optional, and can have a renewal cycle if it expires.
Does it generate an offer letter or contract?
No — CampusTrack does not generate legal documents directly. We work alongside your HR document templates: you upload the signed offer or contract to the staff record, and the workflow tracks acknowledgement and expiry. For document generation, integrate with your existing template system.
What happens with the photo during enrolment?
Captured in good light during onboarding, encrypted, and stored against the staff record. Used immediately for face-verification check-in. Subject to the configurable retention period; auto-deleted at expiry. The staff member can view, request correction, or request erasure at any time.
Can we do remote onboarding (staff joining from overseas)?
Yes. Document upload happens from the staff member’s phone before arrival. Photo enrolment can be remote with a guided flow, or deferred to day one in person depending on your policy.
