Is CampusTrack a full HRMS or just attendance?
CampusTrack is a staff attendance, lifecycle, and compliance HRMS. It covers onboarding, attendance, leave, multi-campus, lifecycle workflows, EOSB, and inspection reporting. It is not a full payroll-processing HCM — we focus on the operational layer and produce WPS-ready exports for your existing payroll system or bank gateway.
What makes a UAE HRMS different from a generic one?
A UAE-aware HRMS handles: Friday prayer breaks and lunch in shift schedules, KHDA inspection PDFs for schools, MOHRE-aligned working-hour tracking, UAE Labour Law end-of-service calculations, PDPL consent capture, and Arabic + English UI. Generic HRMS platforms can be made to work but require customisation that drifts over time.
Does it work for non-school workforces?
Yes. How long does implementation take?
Single school up to 150 staff: typically 1–2 weeks from kickoff to live attendance, including staff onboarding, face enrolment, and HR training. Multi-campus groups: 2–4 weeks. Migrating from a legacy HRMS: data migration tooling is included.
How is the data secured?
