Built around UAE compliance, not adapted to it

UAE PDPL on document storage

All uploaded documents (visa, EID, medical) encrypted at rest at rest on a UAE-aligned regional data centre. Access logged. Retention per UAE Labour Law and PDPL Articles 5–12.

UAE Labour Law on probation

Probation up to 6 months per Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. Confirmation evaluation required; lack-of-confirmation auto-flagged 30 days before expiry.

MOHRE document retention

Employment contracts, visa copies, and attendance records retained for the legally required period. Audit trail captured. Auto-archive on offboarding.

Biometric consent (face enrolment)

Explicit PDPL-compliant consent flow on first face enrolment. Enrolment photo is encrypted, auto-deleted 60 days after offboarding, never sent to third-party AI providers.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can we onboard a new joiner?
For a single joiner with documents in hand: 2–4 hours from start to live attendance, including face enrolment. For a bulk import of 50 staff: typically same-day data load, next-day face enrolment links sent, week-1 live attendance. We have schools that onboard 200+ staff over a long weekend.
What about staff who do not have a smartphone?
Two paths: (a) shared kiosk mode at the HR desk — front camera captures face enrolment in 30 seconds, no app install needed; (b) HR enrols on behalf using their phone after PDPL consent on a paper form. We have construction-site staff using path (a) at scale.
Can we import existing staff from a legacy system?
Yes — Excel migration tooling included. AI validates column mappings (Designation, Branch, Reporting Line, Documents). Common sources: MS-HR, GreytHR, fingerprint systems, manual spreadsheets, ERPNext. Migration support included for under-200 staff.
Does it handle KHDA / ADEK staff PDFs?
Yes — staff inspection PDFs per KHDA / DSIB / ADEK formats, generated on demand. Subject mapping for teachers, qualification tracking, MOE attestation status. School hierarchy (HOD → VP → Principal) modelled directly.
What happens after onboarding?
The same staff record powers attendance (GPS + face), leave management, shift schedules, probation confirmation, transfers, and eventually offboarding with EOSB. One system, one staff record, full lifecycle.
